League Cup Quarter Final

 Right Boys,

 I know I keep saying it at the moment, but we have a massive game this weekend in the quarter final of the League Cup against Winston. If we want to  do anything in the League or win the Cup, we now need to win EVERY single game from now until the end of the season. Thats now the challenge from now until the end of the season. On Sunday if we lose were out, simple as. So we have to make sure we have that same desire and high tempo as we did against Pitsea, with possesion of the ball being paramount.

We need to make sure we are nice and tight at the back, and try to squeeze the play, so that were camped in their half putting them under plenty of pressure. To reiterate we must keep the ball, otherwise the formation we play doesnt work, and can cause us to get over run. It only take one lapse in concentration and were out of the cup. So everyone must really be switched on for Sunday.

As I mentioned at training I'm away, but I will be picking the team for this week. Can everyone named in the squad below please meet at James Hornsby School for 9.45am please.
